PROLENE™ Monofilament Suture, Blue, Size 2-0, 30", FSLX Needle is a nonabsorbable sterile surgical suture composed of an isotactic crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene. It is a synthetic monofilament designed for long-term wound support where extended tensile strength is essential. The smooth surface of the monofilament ensures minimal tissue drag during insertion and promotes precise wound edge approximation.

The material composition of PROLENE™ provides high resistance to degradation by tissue enzymes, maintaining tensile strength indefinitely. This characteristic makes it suitable for procedures requiring durable suture retention.
